Los Angeles PlyoJam Instructor Training – Day 1

This is day 1 of two day PlyoJam instructor training. Day 2 will take place on Sunday, August 4, from 2pm – 5pm. Trainees are required to attend at least one of the training days, but attending both days is highly encouraged. Email support@plyojam.com with any questions.
