These are the six tracks your trainees will be reviewing prior to training day. These are also the routines that will be utilized throughout your training day for practical application. Master trainers should master these six routines, and should include at least four of these routines in your Master Class playlist on training day.
For Virtual trainings, you will have a pre-recorded master class that attendees will take during your training day. Your pre-recorded master class should include at least four of these routines and should be 45 minutes in length, including your warm up and cool down.
