Restorative Yoga with Lindsey

Join instructor Lindsey Miller for a 30-minute Restorative Yoga class on Sunday, April 11th and Sunday April 25th at 10am PT. This is a great class to take right after the Sunday morning Living Room Session!.  Lindsey will take you through a restorative flow meant to heal and stretch your muscles, and help with stress and recovery. A large foldable blanket or towel and yoga blocks are recommended, but NOT required.
